Return conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. You must submit a return request within 14 days of delivery. Email ataraxia.scbz@gmail.com or ataraxia@atrx.ca to request a return. The customer pays return shipping. Original shipping is non-refundable. We do not accept returns from the EU.

Exchanges

Exchanges are done via store credit after your return is accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Non-returnable items

Sale items and items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

Lost or stolen packages

Report lost or stolen packages within 14 days of delivery confirmation. We are not responsible if the shipping address provided at checkout was correct.
