ataraxia operates the store and this site. "We," "us," and "our" refer to ataraxia. Our "Services" means our curated shopping experience. By using the site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Access and account
You must be of age of majority where you live. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for your account security. You may not transfer or sell your account.
2. Products
We use our best efforts to ensure product information is accurate. Colors and appearance may vary. Descriptions may change. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit any product.
3. Orders
When you place an order you make an offer to purchase. ataraxia may accept or decline. Payment must be received. Please review your order before submitting. Cancellations may not be possible after placement. Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Products are for personal or household use only.
4. Prices and billing
Prices may change. The price at the time of your order applies. Taxes, shipping, and customs are not included unless stated. Promotions may have separate terms. You must keep payment and account information current. You warrant that your payment method is valid and that you will pay for orders placed.
5. Shipping and delivery
We are not liable for delays. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss passes when the goods are transferred to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.
6. Intellectual property
Content on the site is owned by ataraxia, our affiliates, or licensors. You may use it only for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify it without our consent. Our trademarks may not be used without permission. Unauthorized use may violate law.

We may provide access to third-party tools "as is." We have no liability for such tools.
8. Third-party links
We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from our site. Use them at your own risk.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Services.

If you submit feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it. We have no obligation to pay you or respond.

17–22. General
If any provision is held invalid, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it. These Terms are the entire agreement. You may not assign your rights. Governing law and courts are the federal and state courts where ataraxia is headquartered. Headings are for convenience only. We may change these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
